I'd rather paid more for a better experience

Dirty and dusty room. Damaged walls. Theres an unknown odor. Wrinkled sheets that seemslike it was not changed (night shift guy was having attitude when I asked if he could change sheets saying they were wrinkled cuz its bagged). Dirty bathroom, cheap shower is falling off. My room is too small for 2 queen beds. The 2nd room I booked for my cousins is fine but also cost less which makes me unhappier. Could not figure out how to get the tv to work. Wifi could not reach my room on 8th floor. My room looks nothing like the pictures.

A great find!

The location is superb! The airport bus is a quick 3 minute walk and other buses too! Lots of great restaurants, the CatFe and Golden Dragon water puppets are close by, I recommend this hotel. It was a great find!

Very Poor

Only the location and cheap price. However, I would avoid it at all cost and pay higher for better place.

Everything. There were lizards in the room. Some black stains dropped out of god knows where to the bathroom. There was no window in the room. Breathing was impossible due to humidity and heavy air. Even the AC was giving a dirty air, probably never been cleaned for ages. Avoid at all cost, pay a little higher and get better place. Dont believe the reviews here.

Very Poor

although we informed them about our arrival time they didn’t keep the reservation. No apologies at all. They transferred us to a a partner hotel in the backpacking district with loud music till 4am and hookers in other rooms.

I will never recommend, choose another hotel

The hotel is well located

The rooms are very very old, nothing to do with the photos. They did not clean the room during 2 days, even if we tell them everyday. We couldn't pay with credit card, so we must pay in cash. The receptionist doesn't speak a word of English.

Unfortunately bad experience with this hotel. We checked in later because of the flight time and i gace a notice about this before our arrival. When we arrived, we were asked an extra charge for the late check-in. We didnt receive any information from the hotel that there would be this extra fee. We at the end bargained and paid less = 100 000 dongs instead of 200 000. Once in the room and ready to sleep- it was 3 am- the receptionist started listening very loudly to the music. Our room was on the 1st floor and the window was overlooking to the main entrance, where receptionist was smoking and listening to music. We came down and asked to switch off the music. Next day, when we checked out we asked to leave our luggage as our flight back home (it was our last day in Vietnam) was at 12 pm. When we returned in the evening to pick our luggage, we wanted to use restroom to refresh ( it is very popular in the hotels in Vietnam that customers after check out can use the restroom and even shower while waiting for their late flights). It turned out that there was not bathroom we can use, so at the end i went to a neighbouring hotel and asked them kindly to enable their restroom to me. During one one night stay, we were not even asked by the receptionist- there were 2 different guys- how was our stay, how we are, do we need any help. We asked for taxi and they couldn't help us with it. Zero customer service. I do not recommend this hotel as there are many good ones in the vicinity. We

Value for money

Centrally located. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Neat and tidy rooms. Comfortable. Free wifi. Air conditioner works perfectly well. Mini fridge, kettle, cups are available in the room.

The power points were hard to plug in my universal adapter, you have to use a lot of force to get it in.
